Winemaking The grapes, after a careful selection, are de-stemmed and crushed, the skins are left in contact with the must with their own indigenous yeasts for about 18 days at a constant temperature of 25/28 ° C.
Refinement The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques and then rests 12 months in the bottle.
