Color: fine and persistent grain perlage, pale lemon yellow color, slight greenish reflections

Smell: fruity with citrus notes, elegant floral scents and a subtle hint of toast

Taste: fresh and lively, of medium structure and persistence


Pairings ideal as an aperitif, appetizers and raw fish, shellfish, first and second courses based on fish
