Wine production process soft cold pressing in inert environment, static decantation of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 11 °. Once fermentation is over, it is refined in steel and followed by the charmat method

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: fine and persistent grain perlage, pale lemon yellow color, slight greenish reflections

Nose: fruity with citrus notes, elegant floral scents and a subtle hint of toast

Flavour: fresh and lively, of medium structure and persistence

 

Pairings ideal as an aperitif, appetizers and raw fish, shellfish, first and second courses based on fish
